Payment/Deposit Schedule

Cancellation Policies

A $1000 per person deposit is required at time of booking.

Balance of payment due on or before August 31, 2005.

Payments made be made by personal check or credit card*.

Quoted tour rates include planning, handling and operational charges, based on the current rate of exchange as of April 2005. In the event of an increase in foreign exchange, rates are subject to revision.

Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to departure are subject to a $350 per person cancellation penalty; cancellations received 59-14 days prior to departure are subject to a penalty of 40% of the tour rate; cancellations received 13 days or less prior to departure are subject to a penalty of 50% of the tour rate plus any additional paid fees related to the tour that Blaine Travel is unable to collect.

Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Unused Services
There are no refunds for unused portions of the program. It is understood and agreed that refunds will not be made to passengers who do not complete the tour for any reason whatsoever.
